The kitchen
has been freshly renovated and all dishware and cutlery
are supplied. There is a microwave and stove, as well
as a range of small appliances. In the back yard patio,
a table and chairs plus a large barbeque complete the
picture.
There
are queen beds in the two bedrooms and a good quality
double futon couch in the living room, all with high thread
count sheets. Lots of non-allergenic pillows and ample
cotton beach and bath towels are provided for your comfort.
A full bath with shower is located on the second floor.
Convenience is built-in, with a laundry room and washroom
on the main floor.
Maid service
every two days is provided during your stay, including
a change of linens. You'll find quiet, efficient air conditioning
on both levels, along with ceiling and floor fans.
The Beach
Two of the most popular beach clubs, Mamita's and Playa
Tukan, are a six-block stroll away at the end of the street.
They are located on North Beach, the best beach area in
Playa del Carmen.
Major attractions, eco-parks and Mayan ruins: Within a
few miles are the beautiful eco-parks Xcaret and Tres
Rios, easily reached by taxi. A little further and you'll
find Xel-Ha, Akumal and the amazing Mayan archeological
sites, Tulum and Coba. The island of Cozumel, a scuba
diver's dream, is just a ferry ride away. Nearby are buses
and 'colectivos' (air-conditioned van transportation)
to anywhere you'd like to go on the Riviera Maya.

pick up and drop off at Cancun Airport, 30 minutes away,
any time of the day or night.
